How do I place an order?

Add your items to cart, continue to checkout, enter your details, then complete payment.

When is my order accepted?

An order is considered accepted once payment is processed successfully and an order confirmation email is sent.

Can you cancel or change my order?

Cancellations are available before dispatch. Address modifications may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Changes after dispatch are unavailable.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Union Pay, and Visa.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).

Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all UK orders, with no additional checkout fees.

How long does processing and delivery take?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK time) are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Transit takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, so total delivery is 6 to 11 business days. Processing occurs Monday to Friday.

What if my order is delayed or arrives damaged?

Contact support with photographic evidence of damage and we will guide you through the resolution.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order page and the tracking link received after dispatch.

When do I receive tracking information?

A tracking link is sent by email after dispatch.

Returns and refunds

What is the return window?

Returns are permitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

What qualifies for a return?

Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with packaging and tags intact.

How do I start a return?

Contact support with your order number and reason; you will receive instructions before sending items back.

Who pays return shipping?

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items have free return shipping. Customer-initiated returns require paid shipping.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days, with up to 14 days for bank posting.
