Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free on all orders.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed after the cut-off may begin processing on the following business day.

Processing days are Monday to Friday. Shipping and carrier business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Depending on fulfilment requirements and product availability, certain items may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations, including our EU warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.
Eligibility conditions
To be accepted, the item must be:

returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
Returns: who pays the shipping costs?
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping is free.
Change of mind (size, color, preference): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
